Some Fun Facts
I LOVE to travel, even if it's just a quick weekend trip. I also have a sweet tooth and enjoy bakery hopping around Pittsburgh - I never met a pastry I didn't like!
What working with me is like
I value genuine connection and aim to create a safe, judgment-free space where clients can explore, heal, grow, and find self-acceptance. My style is warm, collaborative, and transparent - I like to demystify the counseling process and work together with clients to develop goals that feel relevant and meaningful to their lives.
Together, we can explore what is no longer working, identify the strengths you already have, and align your values with the life you want to create. My approach is integrative and I often incorporate elements of acceptance and commitment therapy, systems therapy, mindfulness, self-compassion, strengths-based exploration, and somatic work. In our work together, you can expect a supportive space where you can come as you are, talk about your experiences without judgment, develop more awareness of your inner self, and find sustainable ways to move forward.

"It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eye." - The Little Prince
Important about me
My journey to becoming a therapist later in life brings a broad range of experiences to my practice - I recognize that each client's path is rarely simple or straightforward.
I am especially interested in working with neurodivergent clients and clients experiencing job-related stress/burnout, anxiety, perfectionism, grief, PTSD, major life transitions, or relationship issues. I also welcome clients who are still trying to understand their experiences - we can unpack and make sense of them together.
