Some Fun Facts

I love pop punk music and spending time with my dogs outdoors.

What working with me is like

I am a very collaborative and relational therapist who believes that everyone should get the opportunity to feel strong and empowered. Whether you are navigating a major life transition, grief and loss, past traumas, depression, or anxiety, or struggling to manage life’s everyday stressors, I am here to listen and provide a warm and supportive therapeutic experience. I am passionate about advocating for the clients I am honored to work with, and I believe that every person is always growing.

My service dog, Luna, accompanies me in the office and is available to be a part of therapy - she can help enhance trust building and decrease stress and anxiety as you work toward your transformation. She is also fond of snuggling and really skilled at giving hugs.

Quote

"The biggest lesson I've learned is, 'It's okay.' It's okay for me to be kind to myself. It's okay to be wrong. It's okay to get mad. It's okay to be flawed. It's okay to be happy. It's okay to move on." - Hayley Williams of Paramore

Important about me

I believe therapy provides a comfortable and safe space to foster growth, connection, empowerment, and strength. With a foundation that the client is the expert, my approach is empathic and collaborative. Together, we can find the best way for you to navigate barriers in your search to find inner peace and balance in your life and relationships.
