Important about me
The majority of clients that I have worked with have been/are neurodivergent and/or LGBTQIA+, but I work with other populations as well. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns - I look forward to hearing from you! My clinical style is rooted in multiculturalism, predominately strengths-based, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), gestalt, and person-centered. With your consent, I utilize various expressive art therapies, incorporate tarot for self-reflection, and teach mindfulness techniques.
