Coping While Taking Action

We recognize that it can be difficult for many to cope with the trauma of violence against BIPOC and Queer folks that is all too common in our society.

We must keep fighting for reform because we cannot heal within a system that is meant to inflict harm.

However, as we push for this reform and advocate for change, we must simultaneously exist within that system…so we need to care for ourselves while we do this difficult work.
