Some Fun Facts

When not in session or doing schoolwork, I am cross-stitching, doing a paint-by-number, baking, or taking care of my numerous houseplants. I love Halloween and spooky things, Harry Styles, art museums, and reading (Jane Austen is my fav!).

What working with me is like

My approach to counseling is grounded in empathy, compassion, and trust. I want our time together to be a collaborative process built on respect, understanding, non-judgment, and authenticity. My goal is to create a space for safety and empowerment. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the greatest tool for healing. I want to meet you where you are, and I realize that one type of counseling does not fit everyone.

In my practice with clients, I am sure to reflect and practice ethical and inclusive methods, including trauma-informed care, LGBTQIA+ and gender affirmation, neurodivergence affirmation, body acceptance, and anti-racism. It is important for me to validate and understand all the ways my clients identify themselves to create a safe and authentic counseling space.
