A little more about me
Some fun facts Outdoor adventures, antique malls and Pittsburgh coffee shops. Get to know me A little less
I love playing outside, exploring antique malls and trying new coffee shops around Pittsburgh.
What working with me is like Collaborative care that makes room for you to show up as you are. Explore my approach A little less
Therapy with me is collaborative, nonjudgmental and shaped around you as an individual. There is no one-size-fits-all approach. I want to create an environment where you can show up as you are and be met with recognition and empathy.
I work from a strengths-based and harm-reduction perspective, meeting you where you are with care and compassion. Our sessions will focus on what helps you feel comfortable and confident as we work together to process whatever you bring into the space.
What matters to me Respect for your individuality, with experience supporting adolescents and young adults. Read my story A little less
I earned my master’s degree in social work from the University of Pittsburgh and am working toward my clinical license.
My experience in mental health includes supporting people navigating suicidal thoughts, self-harm, mood disorders, anxiety and trauma. I have worked extensively with adolescents and young adults, as well as people in queer and trans communities.
I welcome people from all walks of life and am interested in understanding what makes each person unique. I want our work to reflect your experiences, strengths and needs.
