You might be feeling overwhelmed, struggling in your relationships, or trying to understand yourself after years of meeting everyone else’s expectations.
At Forward Wellness, we offer therapy that considers your identity, relationships, health, and the circumstances shaping your everyday life. Our clinicians specialize in reproductive mental health, LGBTQIA+ care, and support for neurodivergent people.
Together, we can explore what you are carrying and what meaningful support could look like for you.

What would you like support with?
You may recognize yourself in more than one of these experiences. We make room for how they connect.
Pregnancy, Postpartum & Reproductive Mental Health
You may be anxious during pregnancy, struggling after birth, grieving a loss, or feeling changed by an experience others expect you to move past.
We offer support for pregnancy and postpartum anxiety or depression, birth trauma, and pregnancy loss. There is room to talk about your relationships, changing responsibilities, and the difference between the support you need and what is available.
LGBTQIA+ &
Gender-Affirming Therapy
You deserve care where your gender, sexuality, and relationships are met with respect.
Whether you want to explore your identity, navigate family responses, work through relationship concerns, or talk about something else entirely, we recognize how belonging, discrimination, and community shape your experiences.
Therapy for ADHD, Autism & Neurodivergent Experiences
You may spend much of your energy managing sensory overwhelm, keeping up with expectations, or hiding the effort it takes to get through the day.
We support people navigating neurodivergent experiences, including those recognizing these patterns later in life. Therapy can offer space to understand your needs, explore masking and relationships, and make sense of experiences that have been misunderstood.
Looking for support with something else?
We also offer individual therapy and couples and family therapy. You can reach out even if you are unsure which service fits.
Find someone you can see yourself talking to.
Feeling comfortable with your therapist matters. So does finding someone whose experience, approach, and appointment options fit what you need.
You might prefer a therapist who understands a particular concern, shares an aspect of your identity, or brings a more reflective or collaborative style to the conversation.
Get to know our clinicians and how they work. If choosing feels overwhelming, our team can help you find a clinician suited to your needs.
Your life has context.
Your therapy should, too.
What happens at work, at home, in healthcare, and in your community can affect how you feel. Financial pressure, caregiving, racism, ableism, and expectations around gender or family can shape both your distress and the choices available to you.
At Forward Wellness, those realities belong in the conversation.
Your experience guides the work.
We want to understand what has happened, what you are managing now, and what you hope could change. Your perspective matters in deciding what to focus on together.
Your relationships matter.
Family, partners, chosen family, and community can bring support, conflict, responsibility, and belonging. Therapy can help you explore those connections and the patterns you want to understand or change.
Your circumstances matter.
Your time, energy, health, and resources affect what feels possible. We work with you to explore changes that are meaningful within the life you are living.
