A little more about me

Some fun facts Time with my pets, art, music and nature. Get to know me A little less

I enjoy spending time with my pets, art, music and nature. I also love writing prose and poetry.

What working with me is like Creative ways to express your thoughts, explore your feelings and make meaning. Explore my approach A little less

Our work can include artwork, guided visualization, meditation, prose and poetry as ways to explore your inner thoughts and feelings.

As an Art Psychotherapist, I can help you make sense of the images and meanings that emerge, while exploring ways to manage difficult emotions and experiences. Art can offer a starting point for expressing what may be hard to say directly.

I see my role as walking alongside you, holding a light so we can navigate challenges together.

What matters to me Person-centered care grounded in acceptance, respect and lived perspective. Read my story A little less

As an Art Psychotherapist and Counselor, I support people navigating grief, ADHD, autism, intimacy and relationship concerns, and family difficulties. Our work can also focus on becoming more self-aware, mindful and reflective.

I describe myself as Black, with Native American and Irish heritage, neurodivergent, spiritual, queer, kink-affirming and “a bit disabled.” These are parts of the perspective I bring to my work.

I use an integrated, person-centered approach and welcome people from diverse cultures and life experiences. Acceptance, respect and genuineness are central to how I want to show up as your therapist.
